Just
call 888-529-2563 or send us an email request. Reservations are
required in advance for all programs unless otherwise specified. A

Can
I bring my own gear?
Yes,
if it is appropriate. Kayaks for instruction and tours need to have a
minimum of safety features as well as be an appropriate style and
size kayak for the class or tour. Call and check with us first. Do I
get a discount if I bring my own gear? No.
What
happens if the weather is bad?
We
still operate all of our programs in rainy conditions. Kayaking is
after all a water sport. We will delay or cancel programs in
dangerous weather conditions like thunderstorms or gale force winds.
If this happens during your class, we will either credit you at a pro
rate, or reschedule you to finish the missed portion at your
convenience.

Cancellations
or schedule changes 8 days of more prior to the event start date will
be fully refunded or credited with no penalty. Cancellations within 7
- 2 days of the event will not be refunded, but you will be allowed
to carry over deposits to future classes or tours scheduled with
Adventure Crafters within 60 days. Cancellations withing 24 hours
